Our History
Founded in 1959 by Fenton Reeves, Reeves Construction has carried a tradition of trusted expertise through three generations. Paul Reeves began his career with hands-on construction work and has spent over 40 years leading Reeves Construction, Inc. His experience managing everything from public works to complex commercial projects shaped a reputation built on quality, integrity, and dependability.
That legacy continues today with Reeves Construction Advisors—a natural evolution that bridges Paul’s contractor background with modern project management. We’re proud to bring decades of real-world knowledge into the advisory role, helping boards and property managers plan with confidence, select the right partners, and deliver successful results.

Reeves Construction Advisors has deep roots in Sacramento, California, where the business first began serving local communities more than four decades ago. In 2020, we expanded into Las Vegas, bringing our trusted expertise to one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
