Israel Moreira

Born and raised in Brazil, Israel Moreira built his career at the intersection of engineering, operations, and entrepreneurship. He began as a civil engineer with HTB Engenharia e Construção S.A., where he managed a $300MM project overseeing 1,500+ workers and pioneered the company’s innovation department. After years in engineering and consulting—including Deloitte—he transitioned into operations leadership, earning a certificate in Business Management and Marketing from UC Berkeley. In 2018, Israel joined Doughp, a rapidly growing consumer brand, where he led two strategic turnarounds as COO and later CEO, driving growth in e-commerce and retail while navigating the pandemic. Today as COO of Reeves, Israel combines his global perspective, problem-solving skills, and disciplined execution to keep projects moving forward with precision and efficiency.
