Paul Reeves

Paul Reeves has led Reeves Construction, Inc. for more than four decades, building on the family legacy of “Trusted Expertise Since 1959.” With over 40 years of experience in construction management, Paul has overseen thousands of projects ranging from large-scale community developments to complex infrastructure work. His career reflects not only technical expertise, but also a reputation for fairness, accuracy, and integrity that continues to set Reeves apart.

In addition to leading Reeves Construction, Paul spent nearly a decade with the County of Sacramento’s Public Works Agency, maintaining facilities across water quality, airports, corrections, courts, IT, parks, and animal control. He also served as a department trainer and record keeper for critical safety programs, including confined space, man lifts, and forklifts. This blend of private-sector leadership and public-sector service gives Paul a unique perspective on the challenges property managers and HOA boards face today.
